The bot scans your personal watchlist every 30 minutes during US market hours. When all four conditions align simultaneously — RSI below threshold, price below moving average, OBV trending up, and price near the lower Bollinger Band — it sends you a Telegram alert. Additional filters suppress alerts near earnings dates, 52-week lows, and poor reward-to-risk setups.
